As the other eight regulators are not cooled, the cooler can only be viewed as a marketing device: it is of no practical use.

Asus equips the back of its boards with an additional PCB layer positioned near the processor socket: Stack Cool is designed to defuse hot spots.

Since the Ai series, the AiBooster tool has been included with Asus motherboards.

The old familiar PC Probe, included with all Asus motherboards. This tool allows monitoring of all key motherboard components (voltage and temperature).

The Asus LiveUpdate program allows automatic download of the latest BIOS updates from the internet for direct installation in Windows XP.

The amount of included accessories is commendable for a board priced at $200.
