Mac OS X Public Beta launches
If you use a Mac, you almost certainly already know that the first major upgrade of your operating system in years is going Beta this week. Details about the OS are already widely known, though the launch ceremonies are taking place at the Apple Expo this week in Paris. Word has it that the OS is more stable than previous versions but some of the common features Mac users are used to have disappeared.
