M2K launches DVD-ROM flight simulator
The world's first flight simulation game on DVD-ROM will be available March 15 when Multimedia 2000 releases F/A-18E Super Hornet Attack!
The games lets users takes off from the deck of the USS Abraham Lincoln and pilot the experimental aircraft through training missions, single missions, or full-scale air, land and sea operations over the Persian Gulf or Aegean Sea.
The DVD-ROM includes a full-length documentary, "America's Flying Aces: The Blue Angels 50th Anniversary," narrated by flight enthusiast John Travolta. The $29.95 package is available from the Multimedia 2000 web site .
