Lucent Technology's Stock Tanks
Lucent Technology's stock is now trading in the $1.00 per share range on the New York Stock Exchange, and its faces being delisted by the NYSE if the stock price does not improve. Lucent's stock once commanded $84.00 per share at its peak in December 1999, but the telecommunications industry shakeup and sluggish economy have greatly affected demand for Lucent's products and services.
