LSI Logic selects Advantest T6600 SoC test family
Advantest America, a subsidiary of Japan-based chip equipment supplier Advantest, on Monday announced that LSI Logic has purchased several of its SoC (system-on-chip) test products for testing the full line of its SoC and ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) devices.
