Logitech Z-2300 Speakers: More Than a Blast from the Past?

- 1. Introduction
- 2. The Winning Formula, Continued

A new model, a new look: not so in the case of Logitech's 2300, which doesn't break much from the design of its 2200 speakers. The 2300's subwoofer, for example, looks just like its predecessor, except for the front panel. The 2300 is also THX certified, like the 2200, which is at least one good thing that the two speaker systems have in common. That will also reassure potential buyers who are sticklers for sound quality.
The Winning Formula

Logitech's technical approach is also largely the same as its 2200. The satellites, for example, use full-range drivers with a central bullet or "phase plug."
