Lite-On Semiconductor to ship 1.3-megapixel CMOS-sensor modules
Lite-On Semiconductor, a CMOS image-sensor and discrete-IC specialist, will begin volume shipments of its 1.3-megapixel CMOS image-sensor modules for camera-equipped mobile phones that use COB (chip-on-board) packaging, in April, according to the company.
