The heart of the Aurilium is a Lattice LC4064 CPLD (complex programmable logical device) and a Philips 24 bit codec with four input channels plus a special one for vocals and six output channels. The AD converters can work up to 100kHz (50kHz for the vocal channel) and the DA converters up to 200kHz. But, though the Aurilium is described in some documents as a USB 2.0 card, we had the surprise of discovering a TI TUSB3200 USB 1.1 controller. So it is a USB 1.1 card, evidently compatible with USB 2.0, without being one... This confusion should have been avoided.
