Linus Torvalds plans move to Portland
Linus Torvalds, the Finnish-born inventor of the Linux computer operating system, is Portland-bound. The Oregonian reported Thursday that Torvalds is moving to Portland from California to oversee the Open Source Development Labs in Beaverton.
