Leadtek A400 GT TDH
Leadtek A400 GT TDH

The A400 GT TDH uses the PCB of the Ultra model, which looks quite different than the A400 PCB.
The connectivity of the A400 GT TDH is identical to that of the smaller A400 version. The circuit board uses a different layout, though. As the name implies, this variant of the card uses NVIDIA's 6800 GT processor, which has 16 pixel pipelines. With the core clocked at 350MHz and the memory running at 1GHz (DDR), the Leadtek card follows NVIDIA's specifications. The card carries 256MB of GDDR3 memory.

The cooler's basic design for this card is similar to that of the standard 6800, although it is higher, making it a full dual-slot solution. While this improves the card's cooling efficiency, it also adds even more weight to a cooler that wasn't light to begin with. As a result, the A400 GT TDH weighs in at a whopping 742 grams. The heatsink on the back of the card is identical to that of the A400. Another thing the cards have in common is that we recommend at least a 300W power supply for them.

Compared to the A400, the GT PCB has fewer components and a dual-slot cooling solution.
