Late June DRAM contract price decline slows; prices may stabilize in early July
Global late June DRAM contract prices have continued their slide, but the decline has been less sharp, announced DRAMeXchange on June 18. Price should drop no more than 9% in late June, much less than the astounding 25% drop in early June. Prices for 128Mbit SDRAM have already stopped falling, DRAMeXchange reported.
