L.A. Noire Announced for PC

by - source: Tom's Hardware UK

Fresh off the consoles, the latest Rockstar game is coming to the PC.

L.A. Noire is the latest epic title to come out of Rockstar. While L.A. Noire is actually the product of Australian studio Team Bondi, it shares many of the same characteristics that make it fit right in amongst the rest of Rockstar's open world games.

Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 gamers got their L.A. Noire delivery in May, and now it's confirmed that the game will be headed to PC this fall. Rejoice, PC gamers!

Rockstar said in a statement:

Developed by Rockstar Leeds and built to run on a wide range of PCs, L.A. Noire's robust feature customization includes keyboard remapping and gamepad functionality to both optimize and customize performance and user experience. Along with increased fidelity and improved graphical enhancements, the PC version will also feature 3D support for an even greater sense of interaction and immersion within a painstakingly detailed 1940s Los Angeles.

Now with L.A. Noire PC-bound, Rockstar fans can refocus their complete attention on hoping for a PC version of the most excellent Red Dead Redemption.

Should have been released when the 360 and ps3 versions were for such a low number of added features. Come on! stating keyboard remapping as a feature.... should be included with every pc game as standard ffs.

Huzzah!

I just hope it's not a joke to install like GTA4 was.
