Kodak offers four-megapixel digicam
Kodak Canada has launched the EasyShare DX6490, a new 4.0 Megapixel digital camera with numerous SLR features, including a Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon 10X optical zoom lens (38 to 38 mm equivalent), a new Kodak Colour Science imaging processing chip for improved colours and multiple shooting modes for creative control. "The focal length of the professional Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon 10X optical zoom lens gives advanced amateur photographers extra framing capability and the long lens also provides the "flattened" perspective and narrow depth of field necessary for portrait photography."
