Kingston: DRAM price rise not due to increased demand
According to Kingston Technology, the recent rise in DRAM prices is the result of distributors replenishing inventories and cannot be attributed to increased consumer demand. The price hike has been spearheaded by DDR400, for which demand has increased by 20% in the last two weeks.
