Kind and Gentle: Logitech's Xbox Controller : The Cost Of Wire

Wireless is obviously much better for a game console, but many won't mind the wires attached to Logitech's latest Xbox controller, especially if bought as a backup for a wireless device. For the modest price of $41 (35 euros), Logitech's wired Xbox controller offers the same finish and ergonomics we have already applauded in our recent wireless controller review .

Logitech's device represents the most ergonomically correct Xbox controller to date. At last an Xbox controller with buttons, including the black and white ones, which are in the right place for the thumb. You recognize the four main ones instinctively. The black and the white buttons are not only smaller, they are space sufficiently apart so they cannot be confused with the main ones. (THIS WAS MOVED TO TOP): The analog triggers are just as accessible and move with just the right resistance.
