Ken Starr tells Bush not to settle MS case
The controversial former independent counsel Kenneth Starr, who prosecuted ex-President Clinton, has warned the Bush administration not to seek a settlement in the antitrust case against Microsoft Corp. Starr, who recently accepted a position with a group funded by foes of Microsoft said, "A mushy middle ground, a sort of congenial compromise may in fact ill-serve consumer interests in the long run,"
