Judge reverses himself on MS
The US District judge in charge of the Microsoft antitrust trial stayed his final ruling, delayed the conduct restrictions that were to take effect on September 5 and "certified" the case to go directly to the Supreme Court, bypassing the US Court of Appeals. The Supreme Court will now decide whether it will hear the case directly or send it back for review in the Court of Appeals
