JetBlue's CEO apologizes on YouTube
JetBlue’s CEO and founder David Neeleman wants to apologize for his airline’s recent troubles and is turning to YouTube. In a 2 Min 51 second video titled, "Our Promise to You", Neeleman assured customers that the delays and cancellations caused by last week’s snowstorms will "never happen again".
Neeleman is also touting a new Customer Bill of Rights which promises vouchers for discount and free airfare if passengers are stuck on a plane or if a flight is unexpectedly canceled.
