Japan blank wafer contract prices down again despite boost in demand
The Sankei Shimbun reported that April-September blank wafer contract prices in Japan this year have continued the slide, with 8" mirror blank wafer contract prices at 6,800-7,700 yen per wafer, down 5% from October 2001-March 2002 contract prices.
