Iwill Dual Xeon Mobo

by - source: Tom's Hardware

When Intel says that dual Xeon systems should be shipping later this year, they must mean OEM systems. Iwill just unveiled its DX400-SN motherboard based on the Intel 860 chipset supporting 400MHz Front Side Bus (FSB) and Quad Channel Rambus memory. Features include support for Dual Intel Xeon processors from 1.40GHz-1.70GHz, 400MHz FSB, 2 x 64 bit/66MHz PCI, 3 x 32 bit PCI, 1 AGP Pro 50/100/4X port, and an 8 RIMM Memory Expansion Card that supports up to 4GB of RDRAM. Additional features include Dual Ultra 160 SCSI channels, onboard Intel 82550GM LAN and an AC 97 Audio Codec. So far, we haven't heard anything in the way of pricing info.
