ITRI unveils 3.8" AMOLED panel
The Electronics Research and Service Organization (ERSO) of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in Taiwan recently saw some success in developing a 3.8" double-sided AMOLED (active-matrix organic light-emitting display) panel with low-temperature polysilicon (LTPS) TFT technology, according to ERSO.
