IPods cause move from PCs to Macs, analyst believes
"We believe that the remarkable satisfaction with the iPod creates a word-of-mouth wildfire that generates new customer interest in Apple products," analyst firm Piper Jaffray said. Other factors influencing some to move from PCs to Macs is a perception that Macs are easier to use, more secure and better for handling digital photos, video and music.
