Iomega Announces New Mini USB Drive
Iomega has announced its Iomega Mini USB 256MB Mini USB drive, its latest addition to its USB flash memory drive product line. The Mini USB sports Active Disk Powered software applications, which can launch and run directly from an Iomega Mini USB drive, with both data and software resident on one drive. The 256 Mini USB is about the size of an automobile ignition key and weighs less than one ounce. The Iomega Mini USB drive also includes Iomega's Mini Lock data protection software, located within a password-encrypted secure area known as a Privacy Zone. The Iomega Mini USB Drive is available in 64MB, 128MB and 256MB sizes and each offers a non-limited, 3-year warranty. The Mini 256MB USB has a suggested retail price of $159.95 US; the 64 MB Mini USB retails for $69.95 US and the 128MB Mini USB drive is $89.95 US.
