Inventor pondering two gigabits/second wireless LAN
A filing web site GigaOM said that an inventor is working on wireless data that could fly data across the aether at speeds of up to two gigabits per second. "According to Om Malik, who wrote the report, New LANs is working on creating multi gigabit data rate solutions for wireless to the desktop, using the 56+ GHz bands."
