Interview with Lite-On Semico president, MK Lu
Lite-On Semiconductor, a Taiwan-based vendor of CMOS image-sensors and other discrete ICs, has begun volume shipments of its 1.3-megapixel CMOS image-sensor modules, made using a chip-on-board (COB) process, for camera-equipped mobile phones. Company president MK Lu recently outlined the market prospects for the company’s 1.3-megapixel CMOS image-sensor modules in an interview with DigiTimes.
