Intel's CEO speaks out on RDRAM
It seems that Intel is hedging its bets, and is on the offensive using DRAM as the hook. Once, Intel was gung-ho on Rambus, and now Craig Barrett, Intel's CEO, is saying the market will decide which memory wins. Barrett spoke to reporters in Japan, and this story gives a clearer picture of Intel's strategy which is, in the words of Bruce Lee, "Be like water." Intel is fluid on memory these days.
