According to motherboard manufacturers who spoke to DigiTimes, on 28 May, Intel will launch its 65 nm single-core Celeron D processors, which will be based on a Cedar Mill core, and have a power consumption of about 65 W. The launch date will follow right after the scheduled May 23 launch of AMD’s AM2-compatible processors, the makers indicated.
