Intel thinks about adding single-channel 865 chipset, sources say
Seeing the continuing popularity of low-price motherboards, Intel is said to be considering adding a single-channel DDR400-based chipset, under the name of 865Light or 865Minus, to its 865 (Springdale) line, according to motherboard sources.
