Intel steps up PII price slashing
On April 11th, Intel is set to make further price cuts - up to 10 percent - in its PII product line, according to The Register.
Although no Intel chips are expected to disappear on that day, sources close to Intel's plans told The Register that the cuts are being made to make way for introduction of the 550MHz version
