Intel slaps Via with international suit
Intel has filed patent infringement charges against Taiwan-based chip set maker Via Technologies.
The complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission contends that Via is improperly using Intel's P6 front-side bus in many of its chip sets.
Intel previously filed patent charges against Via in the United States.
