Intel begins shipping entry-level P31 and G31 chipsets to motherboard makers
Intel officially began shipping its 3 series entry-level chipset, P31, and IGP chipset, G31, on July 4, according to sources at motherboard makers. The P31 and G31 are the successors of Intel’s previous 945P, 945G and 945GL chipsets.
