Intel reorganizes, creates two divisions
Intel on Monday said it was reorganizing, forming three groups to lead its efforts in platforms for mobility, the digital enterprise and digital home as part of its efforts to drive development of complete technology platforms.
Intel, which in November promoted Paul Otellini to chief executive from president, effective in May, also said it is creating two new organizations to address opportunities in digital healthcare and in serving its distribution channel.
