Intel invests $65 million in PTI
Intel Capital, the investment arm of Intel, has announced an agreement to invest $65 million in Powertech Technology (PTI), a Taiwan-based company that provides back-end assembly and test services for memory companies.
PTI also announced it expects to receive additional funds from other investors.
