Intel plans big mobile launch
June will see Intel's biggest launch of mobile chips for notebook PCs, three higher-clock-speed mobile Pentium III and Celeron chips as well as a low-power mobile Pentium III and Celeron. Intel's strategy is, apparently, to cover both ends of the spectrum by boosting speed for those who need it while enabling the creation of portables with extremely long battery life.
