IDF Taiwan: NOR flash memory update and ONFI logistics issues
Intel will deliver the first customer samples of its 1Gbit 65nm MLC (multi-level cell) NOR flash memory chips in June and begin volume production in the fourth quarter of this year, the company said at IDF Taiwan. The news came out as an update to the product announcement last week.
