Intel expected to lower Santa Rosa CPU prices by over 30% in Q3
Intel will lower prices of Santa Rosa-series high-end CPUs by more than 30% in the third quarter and the move will stimulate the next wave of notebook replacement demand, according to sources at notebook makers. Intel plans to lower prices of its T7500 and T7700 by almost 24% and 32%, respectively, the sources noted.
