The head of Intel Corp.'s desktop platforms group reportedly said that the release of the 2GHz Pentium 4 will take place in Q3, as recent roadmaps indicate. Other reports, however, put the date as Q4. The 2GHz chip was demoed in a concept system at the Taipei Intel Developers Forum.
