Intel Bearlake chipsets set to arrive in May
Intel will launch the first of its Bearlake series chipsets, the P35 and G33 in May of this year, and the chip giant will also cut back on its shipments of its 945 chipsets at that time, according to Taiwan-based motherboard makers. Intel will fill out its Bearlake series in the third quarter by introducing the entry-level G31, which will have a 1066MHz FSB and support the Wolfdale processor, market sources indicated.
