Intel push for 865 chipsets drives up DDR contract prices
Contract prices for DRAM trended upward in the first half of May, while pricing in low-density NAND flash segments also showed encouraging signs, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange. For DRAM, only DDR segments saw price increases, with related prices rising in the 4% range.
