Intel Corp. is licensing its 3D Realistic Sound Experience (3D RSX) software to RAD Game Tools, a leading developer of game technology.
Developed by Intel Architecture Labs, 3D RSX is a Dolby-certified 3-D audio software library that lets developers create a PC-based immersive 3-D sound experience without the need for special audio hardware. RAD will incorporate 3D RSX into its Miles Sound System game toolset.
