Insight Media: Projection industry eyes TV and home theater markets
In an industry traditionally driven by the business market, all major projector manufacturers are now fielding front projectors for home use and gearing up to saturate the education market, according to a recent report from US-based market research firm Insight Media. The same microdisplay-based systems are being developed to offer a new category of rear-projection TVs as well.
