Infrant refreshes ReadyNAS NV
Infrant Technologies today announced an updated version of its ReadyNAS NV RAID NAS.
The ReadyNAS NV+ has several improvements over previous ReadyNAS designs, including quieter operation and an LCD status display. The NV+ also includes RAIDiator 3.0 firmware with enhanced power-saving features such as disk spin-down, scheduled power on and off and improvements for Macintosh users including Apple’s Bonjour and improved AFP performance.
The ReadyNAS NV+ also comes bundled with a five-client license for EMC’s Retrospect Professional to provide fast backups and smart restores for both Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.
The NV+ is available now in configurations starting at $650 MSRP.
