Infineon to target low-density NAND flash market
Infineon Technologies plans to aggressively boost its share of the NAND flash market, with a focus on the low-density segments, according to memory business unit head Loh Kin Wah during a recent visit to Taiwan.
Infineon currently has a 2 percent market share of the global NAND flash market, Loh indicated.
