Infineon denies rumor claiming it had up to 30,000 defective DRAM wafers
Infineon Technologies has denied a rumor originating in Taiwan that claims the company has a problem with its 0.11-micron production, and that this caused the firm to produce up to 30,000 defective DRAM wafers in December.
