Infineon: 0.11-micron ramp later than expected
Infineon Technologies expects to begin 0.11-micron mass production starting in the fourth quarter of 2004 or the first quarter of 2005 at the earliest, said Kin-wah Loh, president and managing director of Infineon APAC, in a Merril Lynch conference in Taiwan.
