There’s been a lot of buzz in the wake of the announcement this week that Bungie’s upcoming Halo 3 will support 4 player co-op over the internet.
Halo 3’s co-op allows additional players to join via checkpoints. Bungie stressed the fact that the co-op play can be a combination of online and local multiplayer ; split screen co-op combining with online to allow four players simultaneously without the need for a four way split screen.
