IDC: Taiwan to top South Korea in TFT LCD industry in 2004
Taiwan may overtake South Korea in TFT LCD panel industry in 2004, with its market share growing to 43%, said Mario Morales, vice president of International Data Corporation (IDC) at a press conference held in Taiwan yesterday. Taiwan ranked second with a 37% market share in 2003, trailing behind South Korea’s 41%.
