IDC: Linux users are loyal, not so for Novell
Linux users are the most loyal among operating system (OS) users, according to a recent research report by the International Data Corporation (IDC) released at the IDP Asia/Pacific IT Infrastructure Vision Conference 2004 in Taipei yesterday.
