IC substrates to contribute 40% of Nanya PCB's revenues this year
Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board, a unit of Formosa Plastic Group, estimates that IC substrates will contribute 40% of its revenues this year, up from 21.3% in 2001, citing the growth potential of the sector.
