IBM's Cell Processor gets shrunk
IBM’s famous Cell Processor will be getting a die shrunk to 65 nanometers which is down from 90 nanometers. Sony hopes that the smaller chip will also be cheaper and cooler than the current version that is used in Sony’s PlayStation 3 game console.
